I'm not yet CCNA certified, but I do know a lot about networking and the Cisco IOS commands. This review has been really helpful in prepping me for the exams.
Book was easy to read and a fast read and gets to the point quickly. Which I really liked studying for my CCNA.
took the actual exam after reading this book back and forth and took all of sample exams. not even 1 of the questions in actual exam was similar to all written in book.OK reference for entry's to get familiar to general concept, but in the meaning of actual exam preparation not a good reference.
I purchased both the Kindle and the print version of his book because I liked the reviews from customers.I downloaded free from his site, "Ten week CCNA R/S study program, by Todd Lammle." I was like cool this could be something I could use. After reading the information above "Ten week CCNA R/S study program", is this going to help me or not i.e something else?Now I'm not too sure that is this is a good book I could use or some advertisement to promote his website at $49.00 / month? Yes I have other study books for the CCENT 100-105 exam, I'm mentioning that just so people won't think that I'm depending on only this book to help me pass my exams. I'll keep this post updated on how this will pan out.On 1/9/2019, I received the book. When you download the sybex test bank. They don't have it broken down like from interval CCENT chapters 100-105, 200-105, 200-105. Why should I have to study study a Chapter when that will be for 200-105, 200-105? I just want to study for 100-105, and nothing else. They've have it set for the CCNA Routing and Switching Practice Tests: Exam 100-105, Exam 200-105, and Exam 200-125 1st Edition where you can study just CCENT 10-105 and nothing else. They should have it that way for both books!!! I quess common sense doesn't work here.
