In my experience as a plaintiff (I am not a lawyer), I found out that although I presented my side truthfully with all the facts, the opposite side twisted the facts, and lies were the key elements of their defense. I figured out that one individual who has master legal expertise and manipulation of the truth and wordings, can get away with murder.Regardless, the book has very important information and civil cases and I will continue reading the subject
