As a sex addiction therapist, I often use this book with couples moving into the healing stage of healthy sex. The author has done an excellent job in guiding couples through the stages of building healthy intimacy after hurt and betrayal. As an author of Facing Heartbreak: Steps to Recovery for Partners of Sex Addicts, I am happy to give this my highest recommendation! This will be a book that I will use with all of my recovering couples in my practice.
Bought the Kindle version in January and we are finally at a place in our healing where this book is useful. Unfortunately, the Kindle version is garbled and the tables get mixed into the text. This book has the potential to be very helpful, but I just wish it was easier to read in the Kindle format.

Great book. I am a recovering sex addict and this book is really helping me to make progress in the area of reintegrating sex back into my marriage. I am learning how to cope with all of the difficulties of relearning and experiencing intimacy and true lovemaking. Highly recommend!!
